Inventory Page

This page displays a table of inventories with details such as code, name, type, customer, organization, environment, and status. Users can sort the table based on each column and search for specific records. Users can also select a record and view its details.

Usage

To use this page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Refresh List" button to reload the table.
  2. Click on the column header to sort the table based on a column.
  3. Type in the search field to find a specific record.
  4. Click on a row to select it and view its details.

Details

This section provides information about the sub-components of the budget control.

Items

This page displays a table of all inventory items in the system with details such as name, quantity, price, amount, status, and valid dates. Users can search for specific inventory items using the search bar or filter items based on their status using the dropdown menu.

Usage

To use this page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Refresh List" button to reload the table.
  2. Type in the search bar to find specific inventory items by name.
  3. Use the filter dropdown to filter items by status.
  4. Click on a row to select an item and view more details.

History

This page displays the history of inventory items, allowing users to view, search and filter the item history. Users can also edit or delete entries on this page.

Usage

To use this page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button to reload the inventory item history.
  2. Type in the search bar to locate specific items.
  3. Use the table to view and sort inventory item history entries.
  4. Click on an entry to edit or delete it.
  5. Use the available buttons in the "Actions" column to edit or delete an entry.
