New Person

New Person Page

The "New Person" page provides a form that allows users to create a new person record within the system.

Usage

To use the form, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the required fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email. Phone Number is optional.
  2. If the user is an external user, select the "External User" checkbox. Username and Password fields will not be mandatory.
  3. If the user is an internal user, leave the "External User" checkbox unchecked. The Username and Password fields will be mandatory.
  4. Admin privileges and user type checkboxes are optional and depend on the role of the user.
  5. After filling in the form, use the "Next" button to move to the next step, use the "Back" button to navigate back, or use the "Save" button to save the new person record to the system.

Accounts

Edit Accounts Component

The "Edit Accounts Component" page provides a form that allows users to update the account information associated with a particular person. The form includes fields for updating the company, organization, customer account, billing account, and service account.

Usage

To update the person's account information, use the following steps:

  1. Fill in changes to the relevant account fields on the form.
  2. Use the "Save" button to save any changes made.
