Persons¶
Persons Page¶
The Persons page displays a list of all persons in the database. Users can create new person records, search for a specific person, edit or delete a record.
Usage¶

To add a new person record, click on the 'Create' button. Then, fill in the required fields in the wizard form to add the person details.

To search for a specific person, use the search bar on the top right-hand corner.

To edit a particular record, click on the respective row of that record and the form underneath the table will be populated with the person details. Then, edit the details and click on the 'Save' button to save the changes or click on the 'Cancel' button to abort the operation.

To delete a person record, click on the 'Delete' icon on the right-hand side of that record. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click the 'Delete' button to proceed with deleting the record or click the 'Reject' button to abort the operation.

Basic Info¶
Persons form¶
The Persons form is a page that allows users to edit person information. The form includes fields for first name, last name, email, phone number, default company, default organizational unit, and description. Users can edit any of these fields and then save the changes or cancel to return to the previous page.
Usage¶
To use this form, follow these steps:

Fill out the form fields with the required information.

Click the "Cancel" button to abandon any changes and return to the previous page.

Click the "Save" button to save any changes made to the form. The button will be disabled until all required fields are filled out.
Status¶
Edit Person Status Form¶
The Edit Person Status Form is a page that lets users view a person's status and associated details, which includes the 'Status', 'Valid from', 'Valid until', 'Id', and 'Code'. It also has two buttons, 'Cancel' and 'Save' for canceling the editing process and saving the changes, respectively.
Usage¶
To use the form, follow these steps:

Select the person's 'Status' from the drop-down menu.

Select a date range for 'Valid from' and 'Valid until'.

The 'Id' value is auto-populated and non-editable if the person already has one; otherwise, leave it blank.

Fill in the person's 'Code' in the text input field.

To cancel the editing process, click on the 'Cancel' button.

If you wish to save the changes, click the 'Save' button. The button will be disabled until all fields are valid and become enabled once a change is made.
Assigned Companies / Organizations / Projects¶
The "Assigned companies, organizations, projects table" allows users to view, add, and delete records of a certain type. It contains a table with the record information, along with buttons to refresh the table, create a new record, search for records, and delete records.
Usage¶
To use this page:¶

Click the "Refresh List" button to load the latest records.

Click the "Create" button to add a new record.

Use the search bar to find records that match a certain keyword.

Click the trash icon next to a record to delete it.

Basic Info¶
Entities form¶
The Entities form page contains an autocomplete field for companies, orgunits and positions. Users can select from suggestions provided in real-time as they type in the respective fields. This page also contains two buttons - one to save the edited form and another to cancel and return to the previous state.
Usage¶
To use the form, follow these steps:

Type in the company name in the Company field.

Select the company suggestion if it appears.

Type in the organization unit name in the Orgunit field.

Select the orgunit suggestion if it appears.

Type in the desired position in the Position field.

Select the position suggestion if it appears.

Click the Save button to save the edited form.

Click the Cancel button to return to the previous form state.
Status¶
Edit Company Data Form¶
The Edit Company Data Form is a page used to edit data for a company record. The form contains several fields where data can be edited, including company status, valid from, and valid until dates.
Usage¶
To use the form:

Select the status of the company from the drop-down list.

Choose the valid from date by selecting a date from the calendar widget.

Choose the valid until date by selecting a date from the calendar widget.

Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the editing action.

Click the "Save" button to save the edited data once all required fields have been filled in.
